We manufacture letters, logos or custom shaped graphics to any specification. They can be fabricated from aluminum, acrylic, wood, or an almost unlimited variety of other materials.

Here is how we do it. First, the material to beused  is attached to the digital router. Although, it is possible to route materials up to 9 inches thick, a practical limit for materials is approximately 2 inches. The design is then layed out digital fashion with state-of-the-art three dimensional software Over 20 three dimensional textures can be applied to the sign including, weathered, etcetera. Once the piece is routed, it is then cleaned off and prepped for one of our many types of finishing procedures.
